Job Responsibilities:

This is a home health position for a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN is responsible for creating the Plan of Care and implementing care based upon opening a Start of Care. The Nurse will manage their own schedule and drive to patients throughout the day. This job is very autonomous, perfect for those who don’t enjoy being kept working in a facility all day.

Locations served: Winter Haven and Surrounding Areas.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse Program.
• Current Florida State License as a RN.
• Current Florida Driver’s License, registration, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR, physical and PPD
• Preferred experience as an RN in home health.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
